OCWA Customer Alert System
OCWA has partnered with OnSolve to provide a notification system to keep customers informed of events that could impact your drinking water or water service. This notification system can reach thousands of individuals in real time to share information about time-sensitive emergencies, such as water outages or water-quality issues, or non-emergencies, such as information about resources available to the community.
Notifications can be sent via text, email, or voice message.
Only authorized officials have access to send alerts using the notification system.
To sign up or login, click here, text OCWACNY to 36475, or scan this QR code.

Click on REGISTER to create your OCWA Customer Alert System Account.
To set up an account you will need to generate the following:
- a username; and
- a password that is at least 8 characters long that is not the same as the username, includes an upper and lower-case letter, a number, and a special character (ex: $@&!).
OCWA may use existing data to send emergency alerts to customers. If you do not want to receive alerts, please email us at ocwaalerts@ocwa.org or call 315-455-7061 extension 3335 to opt out.
