OCWA – Central New York’s Water Authority – is reminding customers to sign up for its Customer Alert System. OCWA has partnered with OnSolve to provide a notification system to keep customers informed of events that could impact their drinking water or water service. This notification system can reach thousands of individuals in real time to share information about time-sensitive issues, such as water outages or planned maintenance.
Notifications can be sent via text, email, or voice message.
