Last week, OCWA’s Director of Technical Services, Andrew Weiss, was awarded the 2025 Professional Manager of the Year Award in the Engineering & Technology category by the Central New York Branch of the American Public Works Association! With over 20 years of engineering experience and 11 years at OCWA, Andrew has made his mark as a highly skilled manager, leader, and mentor. Several members of our team were proud to support Andrew when he was presented with the well-deserved award at the Branch’s Annual Awards Celebration. Congratulations Andrew!
