OCWA–Central New York’s Water Authority–will begin the second phase of a three phase of a water main replacement project along Horseshoe Island Road in the Town of Clay starting the week of 10/10/2022. Activities associated with water main replacement projects are fluid, and ever changing as the work progresses. Our foremost concern is the safety of the residents and our working crews. As we advance in enhancing the water quality to the area, we ask that residents be vigilant in the continuously changing conditions. To protect our crews and the safety of the public we may need to restrict travel in the area. There might be closed shoulders, rerouted travel lanes, or one-way flagging operations. These activities may cause traffic disruptions and delays. We ask that, if possible, to find an alternate route while the work progresses.
Both D.E. Tarolli and OCWA would like to thank the residents for their patience during the construction phase. Please direct any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org
