Here at OCWA-Central New York’s Water Authority we will be busy all summer reinvesting in our infrastructure to make sure we are delivering the highest quality water to our customers. This means we will have many projects going on in our five county service area, possibly even in your neighborhood. Our crews are diligent about informing direct neighbors with notices prior to the beginning of work, but we also post all of the alerts on our webpage. If you are ever unsure if OCWA is in your area doing work, the “Water Alerts” section on our homepage will notify you of anything from Low Pressure to a Break in the Pipe!
