On June 1st, OCWA reopened its main customer entrance at 200 Northern Concourse in the Town of Salina for bill payments, water service initiations/transfers, customer inquiries and visitations to Authority staff.
Once inside, customers can talk with one of our friendly customer service representatives via the teller window in our lobby. Bill payments are accepted using cash, check, money order or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
Payments can also be made using our automated kiosk in the lobby. In order to pay at the pay station, you will need your 6-digit Customer Number and 6-digit Account Number. Both numbers are located on your bill. Our customer service representatives can provide these numbers if you don’t have them with you.
Visitors will be allowed to enter the building only if they have made an appointment with an OCWA employee. All visitors will have their photo taken and receive a visitor badge.
Visitors must either wear a mask and maintain social distance or provide proof of vaccination. If the visitor chooses not to provide proof of vaccination, they will be required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing requirements while in the building.
