OCWA will be flushing portions of the water distribution system in the Town of Geddes and Village of Solvay area beginning Tuesday, May 28th, 2019. The purpose of flushing is to improve water quality, water pressure and fire flows for our customers. Flushing activities will be conducted Sunday through Thursday evenings between 11 pm and 7 am. The program will continue throughout the summer and early fall.
Should you experience any discoloration or sediment in your water, run your COLD water tap for 5 to 10 minutes until the water clears.
