New Payment Site
We are currently upgrading our Customer Service and Billing System software. During the implementation period it is still important to accept credit card payments as a convenience to our customers. Rather than continuing to patch and monitor our old software for Security compliance, we have opted to use an outside payment processor.
What does this mean for you?
- – No need to login to the Customer Service Site to pay.
- – You will need to have your 13 character account number and amount due available at time of payment.
- – Payments will be reflected on your account within 48 hrs (weekdays).
- – Recurring Bank Draft payments will continue to be offered through our Customer Service Site.
Please Note: if you call our Customer Service representative to process a credit card payment they will use this same site.
